A man died at the scene of a (utility terrain vehicle) UTV crash in Pittsburg County on Monday, authorities say.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Herbert Skinner, 68, died in the crash that occurred on State Highway 113 around 3:18 p.m.

Troopers report that Skinner was driving a Kawasaki UTV and crashed with a dump truck. The driver of that truck refused medical assistance at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

This is a developing story...
