Ingredients
- Gin (artisan recommended)
- Sweet vermouth
- Bitter aperitivo
- Dry prosecco
- Garnish: Cara Cara orange slices and Castelvetrano olives
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and bitter aperitivo into a glass.
- Step 2: Top with dry prosecco.
- Step 3: Garnish with slices of Cara Cara orange and green Castelvetrano olives.
