6 In The Morning co-host LeAnne Taylor was at a special engagement Wednesday night in Oklahoma City. We want to send special congratulations out to her.

Wednesday night LeAnne was honored as one of the state's "Champions of Health." As you know, LeAnne has battled breast cancer. She was recognized for her efforts to teach everyone the best way to fight breast cancer is early detection and treatment.

She has been named Health and Medical Media Champion for her efforts to help raise awareness about breast cancer.
