Now a follow up to a story KOTV brought you a couple of weeks ago. KOTV showed you photos from the Sequoyah High School prom that weren't picture perfect. The photographer, Richard Weaver, wouldn't return calls to students whose pictures were dark and poor quality. Weaver left us a message saying his insurance company was looking at what could be done. His assistant said Tuesday that Weaver is offering refunds to the students, if they mail in their pictures first. Students say they want restitution, but they'd rather have bad pictures than no pictures at all. Amanda Tarvin says, "I don't think it's a very good offer. I would like to keep the pictures and get the refund, I guess I'd like my cake and eat it, too." After several attempts to get the negatives, Weaver's assistant turned them over to KOTV Tuesday afternoon. KOTV is now having a professional photographer look at them to see if they can be salvaged.
