Body Found May Be Missing Woman With Oklahoma Ties

UNDATED -- Tennessee police believe they have found the body of Lisa Renee Davis.  The 29-year-old model, who grew up in Grove, Oklahoma, had been missing since early Sunday.  Police discovered Davis' body, after a suspect killed himself on Tuesday.

A family friend says Lisa Renee Davis wasn't just model pretty, but sweet, funny and loving.  And, she can't believe the face that's graced a calendar cover ended up on a missing person's flyer.

Davis grew up in Grove, Oklahoma, graduating from the local high school.  But, she was living just outside of Memphis, Tennessee.  Her webpage says she worked as a model for years.  But, her full-time job was at a Harley-Davidson store.  Police say Davis didn't show up for work on Sunday and that's when she was reported missing.

Officers went to her home and had to break a window to get inside.  They found pools of blood and Davis's purse and car keys.

Police say they were questioning 21-year-old Austin Agee about Davis's disappearance.  Officers say when they went to Agee's home for the second time; he shot and killed himself in front of his mother.  Police say they found a note that had details about Lisa Davis' disappearance.

A short time later, officers discovered her body in a field not too far from Agee's home.

The Memphis newspaper is reporting that Austin Agee might have known Lisa Davis through the Harley Davidson store.  Police have not released the contents of the suicide note.
