Tulsa police are on the scene of a shooting at the Comanche Park apartments near 36th street north and Peoria.

An 11-year-old girl is safe Sunday night after a kidnapping earlier in the day. Police say it began at a Dollar General where a suspect, Niesha Hardy, sprayed mace in a manager’s face.

Police look for a gunman after two people are shot during an apparent gun battle at a Tulsa apartment complex early Friday.

Prosecutors charged a Tulsa man in connection with fatal shooting on December 19, 2015.  Mario Faulk, 36, is charged with one count of first-degree murder and being in possession of a firearm following a felony conviction. 

Police say a man is recovering in the hospital after they say he was shot Tuesday evening at a Tulsa apartment complex.
