Biologists Studying Mountain Lion Killed Near Minco

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is examining the body of a mountain lion struck and killed by a vehicle near Minco on Tuesday, November 1.

MINCO, Oklahoma – The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is examining the body of a mountain lion struck and killed by a vehicle near Minco on Tuesday, November 1.

The big cat was killed on State Highway 81. Wildlife officers picked up the body and took it to a facility near Lake Arcadia. Biologists are taking measurements of the mountain lion.
