Two Tulsa brothers were arraigned Friday, a day after both were formally charged with killing four women January 7th at an apartment complex near 61st and Peoria.

A judge entered a not-guilty plea on behalf of James Poore, 32, and set an April 2, 2013 preliminary hearing date.

The judge appointed a public defender for Cedric Poore, 39, and delayed his arraignment until March 1, 2013.

Both brothers were in court via closed-circuit television from the Tulsa County jail.

Prosecutors haven't yet said if they'll seek the death penalty against Cedric and James Poore.

Tulsa Police say Rebeika Powell, 23; Kayetie Powell-Melchor, 23; Misty Nunley, 33; and Julie Jackson, 55, were shot to death during a robbery.
