FBI agents are looking for a woman who attempted to rob a bank in Norman, Friday afternoon.
It happened at about 6 p.m. at Arvest Bank, located at 1355 W. Lindsey Street in Norman. Agents say a woman walked into the bank, went outside briefly, then returned a few minutes later.
The woman then approached the teller counter and gave the bank teller a note demanding money.
However, agents say the woman then left the bank on foot and was last seen walking east on Lindsey Street. She did not obtain any money during the incident.
The suspect is described as a woman in her late 20's or early 30's. She stands 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighs about 200 to 240 pounds. She was wearing a ball cap, dark sunglasses, and a gray OU hoodie.
Authorities believe the woman is also responsible for the robbery of Bison Federal Credit Union in Shawnee, which happened on September 9.
