Police say the second man being sought in connection with a double shooting early Friday in Tulsa turned himself Saturday.

Sgt. Dave Walker says Dominic Marshall, 27, was jailed after he was questioned by investigators.  He is being  held in several outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

Tulsa Police got a call about a shooting in the 400 block of East Latimer Place at about 2:20 a.m. Friday.  They arrived to find two women, ages 22 and 25, shot in the chest.

They said both victims are in the hospital and are expected to survive.

Police say Marquis Marshall, 24, was arrested by sheriff's deputies in Pittsburg County Friday afternoon at a traffic stop.
