Man Suspected Of Robbing Two Broken Arrow Stores Arrested

Police arrested a man they say robbed two Broken Arrow convenience stores early Friday. 

Just before 2 a.m. officers were sent to a reported robbery in the 8000 block of South Garnett.  A clerk told them a man had entered the store and demanded money.

While en route, police said they got another robbery call from the convenience store just across the street. A Broken Arrow officer spotted a man walking east on Houston near the store and took him into custody. 

Police identified him as Nicholas Burns, 28.

The booked him into the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of robbery and a public intoxication complaint.
