PAC Trust Approves Developer For Downtown Reasor's, Parking Garage

The Tulsa Performing Arts Center Trust has chosen a developer for a grocery store and apartment project near City Hall.  The trust approved the contract with Indianapolis developer Flaherty and Collins.

The development includes a 32,000-square foot Reasor's Grocery store, 240 apartments and a parking garage on the currently empty lot near 3rd and Cincinnati in downtown Tulsa.

There was one no vote and one person abstained.
