The father of a young boy who died in a hot car last month in El Reno is no longer in jail.
Court documents reveal Adam Kolar bonded out August 13 and is in Texas. After being released to his family Kolar was transferred to a treatment facility in Texas.
According to new documents, in the hours leading up to the child's death, Kolar's friend and the voice behind that phone call came over to repair an air conditioner. He said Adam was napping when suddenly he came outside and told him his son Ryker was missing.
After a brief search, the friend located the 3-year-old unresponsive inside his father's pickup and called 911.

Ryker was transported to the hospital. ER staff said Ryker was covered in blood from his mouth and nose.
According to reports, at the time of his death Ryker had a temperature of 105.9.
Medical staff said Ryker died from cardiac arrest and they believe a heat stroke played a significant role.
When questioned by police, Adam's speech was slurred and according to a police report he was not able to recite his ABC's despite multiple attempts.
Adam later explained he had visited a feed store earlier in the day, and insisted his son had entered the store with him.
However, according to police video surveillance shows Adam shopping alone.
With the help of video time stamps, investigators estimate Ryker had been left in the vehicle approximately six hours.
