Earthquake Rattles In Carter County Saturday

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Carter County Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake was reported just after 7:45 a.m. It was about 3 miles deep.

Its epicenter was 19.2 miles west, southwest of Ardmore, 40 miles southwest of Duncan, and 94.8 miles south of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

There have been no reports of injuries or damages.
