Man Taken Into Custody After Standoff In Norman

One man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon after a standoff in Norman.

The incident was reported at Sunnylane Estates near Sunnylane and Indian Hills roads.

The man reportedly would not let family members out of a mobile home. The family members left and notified police.

The man, who was reportedly armed, was in standoff with Cleveland County deputies and Norman police officers. A SWAT team was deployed to the scene.

Justin Tucker was taken into custody and the standoff ended peacefully.
