Florida Man Running From Police Caught From Fallen Pants

Dayton Beach Police arrested 24-year-old Tobias Smith Tuesday for fleeing and eluding units.

Officials said Smith failed to stop for a marked Daytona Beach police unit, the proceeded to run a red light and hit another vehicle. The accident left about $10,000 in damages and the other driver badly shaken.

According to police, smith then continued to drive off, striking a light pole, and then crashing into the front of a barber shop.

Officials said there were several customers inside the barber shop during the accident, but no one was injured.

Smith then took off on foot but was caught after his pants fell to his knees causing him to trip, police said.
