State Auditor: No Evidence Of Funds Mismanagement At ODOT

The Oklahoma state auditor responded to allegations of financial mismanagement at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, saying that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing.

According to a report Tuesday morning from News 9's Grant Hermes, the district attorney in Ada asked State Auditor Gary Jones to investigate whether nearly a quarter billion from the ODOT budget has been mishandled.

Jones said a statement would be forthcoming but that there was no evidence of criminal activity.

Officials with ODOT fired back as well.
