8-Year-Old Girl Dies After UTV Accident

Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating after an 8-year-old girl died in a UTV accident Sunday. 

According to officials, the accident occurred around 3:00 p.m. on private property in Grady County.

 OHP officials said while the UTV was attempting to turn, it rolled a quarter of the way and landed on the passenger side.  

The girl died from injuries sustained to the head while being MediFlighted to the hospital.
