Oklahoma State returner Barry J. Sanders was named Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Sanders had kickoff returns of 56 and 49 yards in Saturday’s 38-20 loss to Oklahoma. Those were the longest of his career and the two longest this season for the Cowboys.
Sanders also set a career mark for all-purpose yards with 138.
