One person was arrested Tuesday night after leading police on a chase for 30 minutes in the northern parts of the Oklahoma City metro.

Mark Owens, 41, was arrested after the chase ended in Edmond near Boulevard and Danforth Road.

The chase started after Edmond police officers pursued a larceny suspect from Kohl's, 2201 W Danforth Road.

They chased the vehicle to Western. Oklahoma City police chased him through northwest Oklahoma City and back into Edmond.

This is not Owens' first run-in with the law. Owens, whose birthday is Wednesday, was arrested by Canadian County deputies in 2013 after being accused of trying to arrange a meeting with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl for sex.
