OK Supreme Court Rejects School Back Pay Suit

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has rejected a case filed by 48 school districts suing the state for 23 years of back pay. 

The districts estimate they are owed more than $300 million by the state because the state Aid formula was done incorrectly in 1993. 

Scott Mitchell said this morning that Ponca City Public Schools is moving forward in district court having already refiled the lawsuit.
