Woman Hospitalized After Driving Through Pasture In Cotton County

A woman was hospitalized late Monday night after losing control of her vehicle in a pasture in Cotton County.

Misti Lane, 37, of Wichita Falls, Texas, was driving through a field a little more than a mile east of Walters when she lost visibility due to high weeds. Walters drove down an embankment and into a dry creek bed.

Walters was taken to Southwestern ER in Lawton and admitted in fair condition with head, trunk and internal injuries.

Police say that Walters wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
