OKC Police Investigate Shooting In Parking Lot Of Waffle House

Oklahoma City police are investigating a shooting that happened in the parking lot of a Waffle House early Thursday morning.

Police said a woman was shot in the leg in the parking lot of Waffle House, located on Meridian near Enterprise Lane. The woman then ran to a nearby hotel to call 911.

Police searched the area but could not find the shooter. And right now, they're still working to obtain a good description of the suspect.

The woman was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Her name has not been released.
