Teen Rape Suspect Terminated From Westmoore HS, Court Documents State

Cleveland County court documents showed 18-year-old Johnathan Henderson, one of four teens accused of raping a 15-year-old girl, has been permanently terminated from Westmoore High School. The arrest affidavit filed Thursday also revealed a separate incident of alleged rape by instrumentation between the victim and Henderson. The act was caught on school surveillance cameras, court documents stated.

The document said Henderson lured the victim into a classroom at Westmoore High School asking her to help him find his phone on Feb. 9 and while the victim was looking under couch cushions in the classroom, the victim alleged Henderson penetrated her with his fingers.

The document also stated Henderson allegedly sent a text message to the victim, confirming what he had done.

Henderson is a named suspect in an ongoing gang rape of the same victim that allegedly occurred on Jan. 26, court documents said.
