Water Main Break Soaks Neighborhood In Northwest OKC

Crews are working to fix a water main break in a northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood, Tuesday.

The break occurred in a neighborhood located at NW 115th St. and N. Barnes Ave., just west of N. Penn. Ave. Water from the break was spewing out several feet into the area, soaking nearby homes.

So far, the cause of the break has not been released. The water spilling out into the roadway is not near any major intersections and is not expected to cause any traffic tie-ups.

Crews have not said how long it will take to get the break repaired.
