Police: Man Dies After Accidentally Shooting Self At SE OKC Home

A man has died at the hospital after he accidentally shot himself at home late Monday night in southeast Oklahoma City. 

According to police, at about 11 p.m., officers responded to the report of an accidental shooting at a house in the 300 block of S.E. Grand near Stiles.

Police said a man was playing with his gun when he accidentally shot himself. He was transported to the hospital, where he later died.

Police have not identified the victim. Officers said no criminal charges are expected to be filed.
