Officials say firefighters responded to a house fire overnight in southeast Oklahoma City.
The fire broke out before midnight at a residence near S.E. 29th Street and S. Shields Boulevard.
According to officials, Oklahoma City firefighters originally thought someone was inside the house, but later learned no one was home.
Officials say the fire did extensive damage to the back side of the house.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time, but investigators believe it may have been electrical.
