Oklahoma Baptist football launches its 2014 season with two road games, but the schedule, released this week, includes six home games.
Most start times are yet to be determined.
The Bison start off with road games at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan., at 6 p.m., Aug. 30, and at St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kan., at 1:30 p.m., Sept. 6.
The home opener is at 11 a.m., Sept. 13, against Missouri Baptist.
The Bison then play at Oklahoma Panhandle State in Goodwell Sept. 20, return home for a Sept. 27 date with Southwestern (Texas), before hitting the road again Oct. 4 at Southwestern Assemblies of God in Waxahachie, Texas.
OBU then begins a four-game home stand, including Langston Oct. 11, Haskell Indian Nations Oct. 18, Texas College Oct. 25 and Bacone, at Homecoming, at 1 p.m., Nov. 8.
The Bison close the season Nov. 15 in Plainview, Texas, taking on Wayland Baptist.
The Bison finished the 2013 season at 4-7, including a recent forfeit from Langston for using an ineligible player. The other three wins were against Southwestern (Texas), Wayland Baptist and Texas College.
