AAA OKC Looking To Fill 24 Positions

AAA is looking to fill 24 insurance customer service associate positions at the CSAA Insurance Group call center in northwest Oklahoma City.

Applicants should apply online now for January training classes. According to AAA, Service Associates handle routine insurance inquiries and process transactions, including renewals and updates to membership accounts, for AAA insurance policyholders.

Strong customer service skills, including at least one-to-two years of customer service experience, are required, as well as good attention to detail and a high school diploma. A college bachelor's degree and previous insurance or AAA experience are preferred but not mandatory.
