Food Bank Cancels Food Box Distributions In Oklahoma Due To Weather

Due to winter weather conditions, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma has canceled its food box distribution events scheduled to take place Saturday in four Oklahoma cities.

Due to winter weather conditions, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma has canceled its food box distribution events scheduled to take place Saturday in four Oklahoma cities.

"The Devon Energy Holiday Care & Share" food box distributions were set to take place Saturday in Hinton, Geary, Watonga, and Taloga. However, due to the winter weather and hazardous road conditions, these events have to be canceled.

Volunteers were going to give out food boxes, produce, and hams to about 500 families, including 100 in Hinton, 200 in Geary, 150 in Watonga, and 100 in Taloga.
