Woman Found Dead In Blackwell Apartment

Detectives want to question a man after a woman was found stabbed to death Thursday morning at a Blackwell apartment complex.

The woman's body was found at Jefferson Park Apartments at S. 9th Street and Jefferson. Her name has not been released.

Police want to question 29-year-old Luis Frias about the woman's death. They are not calling him a suspect at this time.

There are reports Frias was married to the victim, but police would not confirm that information.
