Friends To Hold Prayer Vigil For OKC Teen Missing In Ecuador

Friends and classmates will once again honor an Oklahoma teen missing in Ecuador.

August Reiger went missing from a hike on Father's Day. He disappeared while on a family vacation, not long after graduating from the top of his class at Classen SAS in Oklahoma City, according to officials.

Reiger's family has met with the head of the Ecuadorian National Police and other top government leaders, who tell the family they have officially categorized the teen's disappearance as a kidnapping.

A prayer vigil is scheduled to take place at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, in front of the Classen School of Advanced Studies.

Reiger went to school there where he was valedictorian.
