The Oklahoma County Sheriff's office has identified the body of man found in a creek bed in Harrah, Okla. as 65-year old James C. Talbert.
Talbert was located in a creek about a 1/4 mile east of where his vehicle was found.
Deputies say Talbert went missing after he left his home at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday to drive to work. His vehicle was found washed off the road at East Hefner Road and North Dobbs.

At about 1 p.m. Saturday, deputies located Talbert's body in a creek bed, just east of Hefner and Dobbs Road. Deputies believe Talbert drove into high water at East Hefner and North Dobbs.
Friday evening's severe storms brought as much as 11 inches of rain to parts of central Oklahoma. Authorities are urging people to avoid driving on Saturday, as flooding has become a big issue in many parts of the Oklahoma City metro area.
