A baseball fight involving a Norman High School is gaining a lot of attention in Florida. This after the other team says the Norman players were calling out racial slurs.

A baseball fight involving a Norman High School is gaining a lot of attention in Florida. This after the other team says the Norman players were calling out racial slurs.

The fight took place last Thursday in Pensacola, Florida, between players from Norman North and Jacksonville's Arlington Country Day.

The fight was in the sixth inning of the Tate Aggie Classic's third place game. Both teams were forced for forfeit the game after the altercation.

The coach of the Florida team, made up of players from Dominican heritage, says he heard racial slurs coming from the Norman team.

However, many of those who were at the game said they didn't hear any racial slurs.

Norman North's coach Brian Aylor said he didn't know one thing about the team, coach or their history before the game.

Coach Aylor also said this is the first time in his nine years of coaching at Norman North to see a fight.
