A small earthquake was recorded near Prague, Oklahoma, Saturday afternoon.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 2:39 p.m. Saturday. Its epicenter was located four miles northwest of Prague, 17 miles northeast of Shawnee, and 43 miles east of Oklahoma City.

It was about two miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported following this earthquake.
