Gage Green hit a triple and a home run and drove in four runs to help propel Oklahoma State to an 11-3 win over Pacific in Stillwater Tuesday night.
The Cowboys pounded out 14 hits with nine players collecting at least one hit for the game.
Jon Perrin picked up the win for the Cowboys while Patrick Weigel took the loss for Pacific.
Oklahoma State jumped on the Tigers early, scoring eight runs in the first three innings to race out to an 8-2 lead. The Cowboys scored four runs in the bottom of the second inning, two of those coming on Green's triple. OSU scored three more runs in the bottom of the third, two coming on an Aaron Cornell double.
OSU pitching stymied the Tigers, limiting Pacific to just three hits over the last six innings. Meanwhile, the Cowboys tacked on three more runs in the eighth inning for good measure, highlighted by Green's two-run shot.
OSU is back in action this weekend in Stillwater with a four-game series with Iona scheduled to begin on Friday night.
