St. Gregory's picked up its 11th consecutive win in a doubleheader sweep of Langston Tuesday at T.G. Green Park. The No. 16-ranked Cavaliers dominated both contests, winning 11-1 and 15-3.
Devon Frazier, the reigning Sooner Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week, picked up the win in Game 1. She went the distance, giving up one run on four hits while striking out two. Whitney Anderson was 3-for-5 with a home run to pace the Cavs offensively.
Anderson kept it going in the nightcap with a 2-for-4 effort that included a double and a triple. Melanie Gladden was a perfect 4-for-4 with two doubles and a triple, while Caitlin O'Hagan finished 2-for-3 with two doubles.
Sierra Gallego was credited with the win in the circle in Game 2. She gave up three runs on six hits and struck out one.
SGU (12-1) returns to action Wednesday at home against Tabor (Kan.) College. That doubleheader is scheduled for a 1:30 p.m. start.
