Former Bethel Teacher Accused Of Rape Waives Preliminary Hearing

A former Bethel high school teacher accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student waived her preliminary hearing on Monday.

Wendy Hickman, 40, taught English at Bethel High School. She has been charged with second degree rape, forcible sodomy, and texting a teen inappropriate pictures of herself.
