A historic Oklahoma City neighborhood gained traction Thursday in its dispute with the Oklahoma Health Center Foundation.
The Foundation wants to expand its Health Center a few blocks south. To do that, the historic JFK neighborhood would have to be re-zoned from residential to commercial.

Neighborhood leaders say re-zoning would drive down property values of 84 homes. Oklahoma City's Planning Commission voted to delay further discussion on the issue until both sides meet again.
Dianne McDaniel has owned a home in the neighborhood 27 years.
"I believe in fairness and equality and justice, not just for those who have deep pockets, but for everybody. Because this is America," McDaniel said. "Come on now!"
