The two people vying to be Oklahoma's 4th Congressional District Democratic nominee believe their party can win the seat in a Republican-leaning state.
President Barack Obama didn't capture any of Oklahoma's 77 counties in the 2008 general election.
Donna Bebo goes up against Bert Smith in Tuesday's primary, and the winner will likely face incumbent Republican Rep. Tom Cole. Little-known candidate Gary Caissie is challenging Cole in the GOP primary.
Independent candidate R.J. Harris also will be on the November general election ballot.
Cole says he's running on his record of representing the values of his constituents.
Bebo says she believes her experience as the wife of a retired Army soldier will help her, while Smith says Harris could split the Republican vote and give the Democrat a win.
