Charges Filed Against Suspect Accused Of Shooting OKC Man In Genitals

The Oklahoma County District Attorney has filed a charge of shooting with intent to kill against a man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend's current boyfriend.

Police said Kasey Stell went to his ex-girlfriend's apartment in southeast Oklahoma City on May 28. The two have a child together.

Witnesses said Stell started arguing with the woman's current boyfriend, Shannon Jones. Witnesses also told police Stell pulled out a gun and shot Jones. Jones was struck in both legs, his genitals and his rectum. He is still recovering from his injuries.

Stell left the scene but was arrested more than a week later.
