Deputies Arrest OKC Man Wanted For Shooting Ex-Girlfriend's Current Boyfriend

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office Warrant Team and U.S. Marshals arrested Friday a 20-year-old accused of shooting another man in the genitals.

Kasey Kentrell Stell was arrested without incident following a traffic stop near Interstate 35 and S.E. 44th Street. According to a police report, Stell fought with the victim, Shannon Jones, on May 28 at his ex-girlfriend's apartment in the 1600 block of Heyman in Oklahoma City. Jones was the woman's current boyfriend.

Investigators say Stell shot Jones several times in the genitals, rectum and legs, before driving away from the scene. Jones is still in the hospital.

Stell was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill. He's being held on $200,000 bond.
