Man Charged With Attacking OKC High School Principal In Custody

A man charged with attacking a high school principal more than two years is now in custody.

Ryan Harper is accused of attacking Douglass principal Brian Staples with a club back in March of 2010.

Two other men have also been charged with the crime. Police say Elijah Mohammed asked Nathaniel Wheeler to attack Staples. Staples then ordered Harper to take care of it.

All three men face a count of conspiracy to commit a felony and one count of assault and battery with a weapon.
