From The News 9 Vault: Yon Sicon Performs At Festival Of Arts In OKC

John Hinkle takes time out of his day to perform at the Festival of the Arts in downtown Oklahoma City.

On his lunch break, John would dress up as his alter-ego Yon Sicon and entertain children and adults with a mixture of music, stories and his artwork.

News 9's Randy Renner caught up with John, or Yon, at the Festival of the Arts in downtown Oklahoma city in 1985.
