OKC Thunder Announcer Could Face More Felony Charges

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police say former Oklahoma City Thunder Public Address Announcer Jim Miller could face more felony charges.

Police arrested Miller Thursday on three felony charges of lewd acts with a child. The Thunder fired Miller immediately.

Miller is accused of watching pornography on a computer and masturbating in front of a child.

"He has stated that the incidents that have occurred were of an accidental nature," Harrah Police Spokesman, Phil Stewart said.

Stewart said there is a second investigation involving two other children in Pontotoc County as well.
