Settlement Reached In Pharmacy Shooting Death Of OK Teen

The mother of a 16-year-old killed during an attempted robbery reaches a settlement in her lawsuit against the pharmacy where it happened.

Pharmacist Jerome Ersland shot and killed Antwun Parker at the Reliable Pharmacy back in 2009.

Parker's mother, Cleta Jennings, finalized the settlement on Wednesday against the pharmacy.

The details of the settlement are confidential, but Ersland did not pay any of it and did not consent to it.

Erlsand is appealing his first degree murder conviction.
