Free Admission To OSU - VA Tech Hoops On New Year's Eve

STILLWATER, Oklahoma – Fans wanting to watch Oklahoma State take on Virginia Tech on New Year's Eve will receive free admission, OSU coach Travis Ford announced Wednesday.

The game is scheduled for Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

"This is a chance for us to provide our fans with a gift over the holidays," Ford said. "Our previous game against Virginia Tech was one of the more exciting games this season. We expect the New Year's Eve battle to be no different."

Customers who had already purchased tickets for the game can call the OSU ticket office at 877-ALL-4-OSU to receive a credit for the price of the ticket that can be used toward any remaining game this season. Season ticket locations will still be honored at the Virginia Tech game.

OSU has already faced the Hokies once this year at Madison Square Garden in New York for the consolation finals of the NIT Season Tip-off. OSU lost that game 59-57.
