Judge Rules In Favor Of Occupy OKC Protesters

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting Oklahoma City officials from evicting Occupy OKC protesters from Kerr Park.

Federal District Judge Timothy DiGiusti issued the ruling shortly before 7 p.m. 

The judge set a hearing on the protesters' motion for a permanent injunction for December 7th.
