A woman who left Kingfisher Monday afternoon for a doctor's appointment in Oklahoma City has been found in Arkansas.

Silver Alert Canceled, Kingfisher Woman Found In Arkansas

OKLAHOMA CITY – A woman who left Kingfisher Monday afternoon for a doctor's appointment in Oklahoma City has been found in Arkansas.

The Kingfisher Police Department issued a Silver Alert for Mary Copeland Monday when she did not show up for her appointment. She was located Tuesday morning in Springdale, Arkansas. According to police, Copeland somehow became lost on her way to Oklahoma City. She drove all night long and only stopped when she finally ran out of gas nearly 250 miles east of Kingfisher.

The Arkansas Highway Patrol found Copeland on the side of the road. They helped her contact her family. Copeland is all right and will return to Oklahoma soon.
