ROUND ROCK, Texas – OKC faced one of its roughest losses of the season, but bounced back nicely with a 4-1 win on the road against the Express.
Round Rock's only run of the game came in the bottom of the second inning on a sac fly to tie the game at one.
But Oklahoma City quickly responded with the go-ahead run in the top of the next inning, with Robinson Cancel picking up the RBI to bring Collin DeLome home.
The RedHawks picked up some insurance runs in the top of the sixth on a solo homer from Cancel and an RBI from Drew Locke.
Ross Wolf got the win for OKC in three innings, giving up just one hit.
The two teams will finish out the series on Tuesday at 7:05 in Round Rock.
